Volunteer for the 55th Annual Wissahickon Creek Clean Up on Saturday, April 27th. This is the perfect outdoor event to show your support and love for a clean Wissahickon watershed.

Come enjoy a serene section of the watershed on this 2 mile hike. This loop hike will begin and end at the historic Evans-Mumbower Mill, traveling through Natural Lands Gwynedd Preserve, across two stream crossings and on the Green Ribbon Trail back to the mill.

Tex Mex Connection is back hosting the 33rd year of one of the top week night 5k runs in the area. Wissahickon Trails is proud to be the main beneficiary of this event with over one million dollars raised to protect and restore the land and waterways of the Wissahickon Valley over the past 23 years.

The Biennial Wissahickon Photo Contest 2024 is presented by Friends of the Wissahickon, Wissahickon Trails, and Woodmere Art Museum. The photo contest kicks offApril 1 and the deadline for submission is October 15. Winners will be announced October 28.
