The 2026 Biennial Wissahickon Photo Contest is now open for submissions. Presented by Friends of the Wissahickon, Wissahickon Trails, and Woodmere Art Museum, this year’s contest invites photographers of all experience levels to share images that capture the beauty, character, and changing seasons of the Wissahickon.
Photos may be taken in Wissahickon Valley Park, along the Green Ribbon Trail, or at any Wissahickon Trails-managed preserve. Whether you’re photographing spring wildflowers, summer creek scenes, fall color, winter trails, wildlife, quiet moments, or the people who help bring these places to life, we want to see what the Wissahickon means to you.
Submissions will be accepted from April 1 to October 15. Winners will be announced October 29.
