We engage community members of all ages in a variety of educational initiatives throughout the year including Community Science Program, Public Nature Programs, and Connected Wissahickon Hikes.
Sponsorship of these programs include recognition of your company’s support through all our marketing channels and at in-person programs. Appropriate sponsorship level will be discussed per project based on the needs of the sponsor and Wissahickon Trails.
Each year, more than 2,000 students in the Wissahickon Valley engage in Wissahickon Trails' environmental education program thanks to funding by the EITC program.
The Education Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) is a state program that supports academic enrichment programs by providing tax credits to businesses that make financial contributions to approved Educational Improvement Organizations.
