Finance & Administration Director (Full Time)
The Finance & Administration Director oversees finance, business planning, budgeting, HR, administration, facilities, and IT, reporting to the Executive Director. Duties include managing financial functions such as invoices, payroll, grant/contract compliance, GAAP adherence, and vendor relations. They analyze financial reports, communicate statements, and lead audits and budgeting processes. Responsibilities also cover HR functions like professional development, performance evaluation, and recruiting, alongside overseeing IT, building maintenance, and office supplies. Supervises the Administrative Assistant and handles vendor contracts and policies. Special projects as assigned.
This is a full-time, exempt position (salary range is $95k - $100k) with a full range of benefits.
