[Re-opened 5/19/20] Section of Green Ribbon Trail Closed

05/08/2020

**Update 5/19/20: Work is complete and this section of trail is now reopened.**

A short section of the Green Ribbon Trail near Walnut Street and Moyer Boulevard in North Wales will be temporarily closed starting Monday, May 11. The trail is expected to reopen in late-June.

The temporary closure is for work to be completed as part of Upper Gwynedd's Wastewater Improvement Program. This program will expand the sewer infrastructure to allow Upper Gwynedd Township the ability to divert the wastewater currently being sent to the Towamencin Municipal Authority back to Upper Gwynedd Township’s Wastewater Treatment Plant. For more information about the program, visit the Upper Gwynedd Township  website.

Visit our Google map of the Green Ribbon Trail to see the closed section and detour.
