Spring is upon us, and with it the return of wood warblers to our area. Warblers present an ID challenge to even the most experienced birders. Even in their bright spring colors, they flit and jump and just don’t give you much you much to go on. Come hear some tips and tricks for putting a name to these flitty little jobs.
Accessibility Notes
The walk will be approximately 0.5 miles over fairly flat natural trails (roots and stones common) at a slow walking pace, with multiple stops for standing and listening. Access to trails requires crossing two bridges with multiple steps, additionally there is a short stepping stone crossing on the route. Restrooms are available.
