Tour of Ambler Wastewater Treatment Plant

What happens after the flush? 

Come on out for a tour of the Ambler wastewater treatment plant to learn the steps of how the wastewater from our homes is processed before being returned to local waterways. 

The tour will involve walking around the Ambler Wastewater Treatment Plant and seeing and learning the steps of how waste is processed. Registration is required.

More information: 

• This event will last approximately 1 hour.

• Sturdy shoes are recommended for walking around the facilities.

• Much of the tour will be outside, so please dress for the weather.

• Please arrive ~10 minutes early, as we will start the tour promptly

• Tour will include stairs and there are bathrooms available

• Attendance of this event is limited by parking space, so if you can carpool, please do so!
