Come and enjoy the beauty of Briar Hill Preserve and get a workout in at the same time! Power hiking involves going as fast as possible without actually running and while maintaining a strong and smooth form. This monthly hike is for those looking to improve their fitness, efficiency, and endurance while navigating paved and dirt trails. The group will do a total of 60 (intense) minutes on the trail and will start and end back at the entrance to Willow Lake Farm.
