Take a tour of Montgomery County's only water-powered gristmill and experience many hands-on, family-friendly demonstrations. 

Visitors will also learn the art and history of early American blacksmithing, and see the smithy forge tools from scrap iron.

We are happy to offer this in-person program at no cost to participants, but if you are able, a $10 suggested donation would be greatly appreciated. Wissahickon Trails is a local, community-supported nonprofit. Our budget depends entirely on the generosity of our supporters—individuals, foundations, and corporations.  Donate online today.
