Starting and ending at the Prophecy Creek Park, this 3.5 mile hike illustrates the trail connections between Briar Hill Preserve, Cheston Family Preserve, Hughes Family Preserve, Armentrout Preserve, and Camp Woods. The highlight of this hike is visiting the recent 10-acre expansion at Camp Woods that creates these exciting new trail connections. Hike will be led by Harm Scherpbier (Board Member & Conservation Crew.)
Terrain: Trails are a mix of grassy, wooded, paved, and small rocky surfaces with root exposure possible, mix of flat and a little elevation in spots.
Please note:
- No access to bathrooms or benches
- Distance: 3.5 miles
- Pace: 25-30 min/mile
- Duration ~ 2 hours
