Awaken and stimulate your senses with an outdoor Yoga practice in our courtyard! Join Dan Rosenak of Flow State Yoga Therapy for a 60-minute session followed by an optional, 1/4 mile creekside walk along the Green Ribbon Trail. The Yoga practice will include Yoga lifestyle discussion, centering, pranayama (breathing), asana (Yoga poses), and guided meditation. Participants will be asked to provide their own Yoga mat or beach towel. 

 

The Yoga practice will be suitable for all levels of Yoga practitioners. This is a low-pressure, judgment-free, non-competitive, and inclusive Yoga environment. After the class, the optional 1/4 mile walk at Four Mills Nature Reserve will be slow-paced along a mostly flat, natural, dirt path. There are two large bridges with 10-14 steps up and then down. Exposed roots and some exposed rocks up to 2" high. There is accessible parking, indoor all-gender restrooms, picnic tables and chairs if needed, and a water bottle filling station. The parking lot is gravel and on the same level as the yoga class, which will take place on grass. 

 

We are happy to offer this program at no cost to participants, but if you are able, a $10 suggested donation would be greatly appreciated. Wissahickon Trails is a local, community-supported nonprofit. Our budget depends entirely on the generosity of our supporters—individuals, foundations, and corporations.  Donate online today.
