Intro to Wildlife Photography

Workshop

Everyone

Are you frustrated that your photos don’t look like what you see online? Do you want to upgrade gear, but are overwhelmed by all the choices out there? Come join us for an introduction to wildlife photography.

This program will cover wildlife specific exposure and camera settings, including auto-focus settings and and shooting modes. We’ll discuss gear, including cameras, lenses, and accessories. How to tame the budget? That will be in there too!

We’ll spend some time on the creative aspects of wildlife photos and lastly, we’ll cover the basics of post-processing with workflow to maximize the potential of your images.

Note: This program is designed with adults in mind - recommended ages 15+.

We are happy to offer this program at no cost to participants, but if you are able, a $10 suggested donation would be greatly appreciated. Wissahickon Trails is a local, community-supported nonprofit. Our budget depends entirely on the generosity of our supporters—individuals, foundations, and corporations.  Donate online today.
