Connected Wissahickon: 3 Mile Upper & Lower Gwynedd Loop Hike

Come enjoy a serene section of the Wissahickon watershed on this 3 mile hike. This loop hike will begin and end at the historic Evans-Mumbower Mill, traveling along the Green Ribbon Trail, through Natural Lands' Gwynedd Preserve, across three stream crossings, and back on the Green Ribbon Trail to the Mill.

Accessibility Information

This slower-paced hike will be approximately 3 miles over fairly flat natural trails (roots and stones common) at a slow walking pace, with multiple stops for standing and listening. There are three stream crossings (both across concrete stepping stones). An accessible porta-potty is available at the Mill.
