Local History

Family Friendly

Don’t miss this slightly spooky evening when Henry Mumbower and his associates revisit the Mill to see how it is operating today. Before your tour, from 4-5pm, paint a pumpkin and take part in hands-on Halloween-themed science experiments. After your tour, relax and enjoy s'mores by the campfire!

The Evans-Mumbower Mill is located on the Wissahickon Creek at Swedesford and Township Line Roads in North Wales, PA. Click here to see a map.

We are happy to offer this in-person program at no cost to participants, but if you are able, a $10 suggested donation would be greatly appreciated. Wissahickon Trails is a local, community-supported nonprofit. Our budget depends entirely on the generosity of our supporters—individuals, foundations, and corporations.  Donate online today.
